Chavagnes International College has acquired a new boarder, this one in the form of a less than friendly black goat. We paid our respects and it seems rather unlikely that we will ever get on as the best of friends. But we are not giving up on the friendship just yet. I was thinking we could befriend him by bringing yummy treats or something like that. I’ve done my homework, not to worry, and I won’t be feeding him any tin cans although they do apparently like alfalfa. So we’ll try that, if I bring him a treat every time I visit he might come to associate me with the treat and start to like me. It’s worth a shot; after all things like this did work with Pavlov’s dog didn’t it?
We have also discovered that his name is Wiffy, a name that I am not all that found of. So I have decided to change it. I’m going to change it to Oscar, Oscar the Grouch, who lived in a tin can. Anyway, Oscar the Grouch was kind enough to lead us to the gate when he had finished holding court…little does he know what’s in store for him.
